Correspondence & Matter Coordination

Privacy

This website is operated by Blackridge Group. It provides information about how correspondence is handled, a form for sending a message about a matter, and a payment page for identified matters.

Information you send through the contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization and a reference number. When you submit it, that information is sent by email to our correspondence mailbox so the matter can be identified and answered. The website itself does not keep a copy of your message.

To limit repeated or automated submissions, the website briefly keeps a one-way coded version of your internet address and the times of recent submissions. It cannot be read back into your address and is deleted automatically.

Payments

The payment page opens only with the reference number and PIN from your correspondence. Card details are entered into a form provided by our payment processor, Stripe, and go directly to Stripe. They are not sent to or stored on this website. Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy.

For each matter we keep the reference number, the name and email address on file, the balance, the payment option chosen, the payment authorization you agreed to with the time it was given and a one-way coded version of your internet address, and the status of each payment as reported by Stripe.

Information you send by email

If you write to us, we use the information you provide to identify the matter and respond to it. Please send only information relevant to the matter. Do not send payment-card details, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, or passwords through the form or by ordinary email.

Cookies, analytics, and server records

The payment page sets one cookie that keeps you signed in to your matter while you use it. It ends when you close the payment page, close your browser, or after 20 minutes without activity. Stripe's payment form may set its own cookies to prevent fraud. The rest of this website does not set cookies, and the site does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Like most websites, the server that hosts it automatically records basic technical information when pages are requested, such as an IP address, browser type, and the page requested.

Correspondence activity

Emails sent through the staff correspondence system may include a small remote image and measured links. These record message-open requests and link visits, along with timestamps and a hashed network identifier. Email privacy tools and security scanners can generate or hide this activity, so these records do not establish that a person read or accepted a message. They help manage correspondence and payment-plan reminders.
